Ingredients
8 teaspoons ground coffee (I used Taylors Rich Italian for this but you can use any coffee, preferably arabica or a lighter coffee bean/blend)
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground cumin
Honey (optional in cup but I highly recommend)
A splash of milk
Method
Mix the cumin and cinnamon into your coffee grounds and add to either your drip coffee maker or a french press. Personally I recommend the later as it means that the flavours have longer to steep together.
Place a tsp (or your desired amount depending on how you like your coffee) into a mug and pour on the coffee, adding milk as you personally like.
Enjoy! This coffee works great hot or as an iced coffee so feel free to mix it up and add crushed ice to your drink or simply brew earlier in the day and add the coffee and extras to a bottle in the fridge.
