Mango and Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

I like to start my day of with something fresh, sweet and bursting with flavour and this smoothie helps me do just that!


Ingredients

300ml semi skimmed milk

15g honey

80g frozen mango

95g frozen raspberries

Mint leaves (I use 3-4)

(For alcoholic version)

Gin and tonic (300ml with around 100ml being gin and 200ml being tonic)


Method

  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until combined. That is literally it :-).

  2. If you're fancying a fruity cocktail later in the day, simply replace the milk with gin and tonic. I recommend a ratio of 1 part gin to 2 parts tonic, however add as much or as little gin as you like.
